Koa is a range of jewellery produced in Cornwall by the designer and maker Lawrence Gibson. Now specialising in jewellery, his theme may be obvious to some whilst abstract to others. Heavily influenced by the ocean, how it moves and the people it affects, the pieces available to you promise to attract intrigue and admiration.

Created from scratch in his workshop near Mullion by Lawrence Gibson on the Lizard Peninsula. Initial forms are sculpted and then moulded in order to produce duplicates of the new designs. The base metal used in all the pieces is a high quality lead and nickel free pewter, sometimes polished but also brushed and lacquered to give a contrast in tone. Many designs incorporate coloured resin detail, selected pieces involve beads that are ethically sourced from fair trade suppliers.
