Our registered office is 5 Parkers Close, Downton Business Centre, Downton Salisbury SP5 3RB. Our VAT registration number is 753 8800 13.

Prices

Prices are as set out on the websites and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Confirmation of the price of a product will be made by us when your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy.

Product descriptions

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the websites are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the websites as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on our websites at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

Specific products may be sold subject to additional terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees. Where this applies information will be included in the product description and information.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel an order for a full refund for any reason at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 as amended (excluding opened toiletry products and any earrings designed for pierced ears). Returns must be made in accordance with our Returns Policy.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Order acceptance & payment

If you have supplied us with your e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.

Your card will only be charged when your items are ready to ship.A "pre-authorisation" will performed to validate card details. This is a standard banking procedure that involves charging, then immediately refunding 1 pound to the card. This process ensures that the card details, address and security code are valid, but does not actually take the money from the customer's account. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.  We will only take the money when your order is ready to be shipped.

As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.

If you have not supplied us with an e-mail address, our confirmation of order page at the end of the ordering process shall act as confirmation of acceptance of the order and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change at any time any of the details of the garments on the site, including prices, colours and sizes. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and we advise that you read through them each time that you use the site.

This website, its content and any contracts arisen out of it are governed by and in accordance with English law. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Intellectual property rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Wheesh Ltd. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it, in part or in whole, other than for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the prior permission of Wheesh Ltd. You may not reproduce, transmit, publicly perform, distribute, modify, adapt, bundle, alter, distribute or create derivative works of the site, in whole or in part.

Links to third parties

We may provide links to third parties that we believe may be of interest to you. We do not control nor vet these websites, and therefore we cannot accept liability in respect of either the contents or your use of these websites.

Prize Draws and Competitions

Winners will be selected at random and notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time of the closing date the promoter may draw another prize winner. No correspondence will be entered into.

Privacy - What do you do with my personal information?

Wheesh Limited is fulfillingits obligations underthe UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006as a member of the WEEE Distributor Take Back Scheme Registration ID: 2669.

Under the Regulations distributers of electrical and electronic equipment (retailers) are required to provide information to their customers on:

  • *requirements of the UK to minimise the disposal of WEEE to landfill and to achieve high levels of collection of WEEE for environmentally sound treatment

  • *the collection and take back systems avalible to them

  • *their role in contributing to the reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery of WEEE under the regulations

  • *the potential effects on the environment and human health as a result of the presence of hazardous substances in EEE

  • *the meaning of the crossed out wheeled bin symbol

Wheesh Limited gives no warranties in relation to the website, in particular with limitation, any warranties regarding infringement and freedom from viruses. If you are dissatisfied with the website, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the website. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.

Wheesh Limited will have no liability to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss (including loss of profit), cost or damage (whether indirect, consequential, or otherwise) suffered as a result of your use of the website or from use information passed through the website, even if we are aware of the possibility of such loss.
